Day one-Regions
On day one, we woke up early for cardigan. Our bus ride was still really loud though because the back of the bus (Me and my friends) Started singing and everyone joined in.We sang nursery rhymes, like the wheels on the bus go round and round, or real songs that everyone knew.When our bus got to cardigan we started to play a short game. After we finished we spoke about rules, and each group got their bunks set up.After that we had some free time and my group and a few others had hot chocolate and played uno. We barely finished our game before Mr.W told us to get ready for our nature walk to make sure a river we were walking to was healthy. On the way we found a lot of hemlocks, telling us what region we are in.We had snacks and after checking the water we went back to the lodge. When we got back we had time to shower and change.Finally it was time for dinner. We had pasta and sauce with garlic bread and salad on the side. The food was delicious, we had Brownies for dessert and they were really good too. We all brushed our teeth and got in bed.Mr. W came in with small chocolates. My group had hershey's chocolate. We started to whisper since other groups were asleep. When we finally got bored of truth or truth (Because dares would get us in trouble) and would you rather, we eventually fell asleep around 00:30-1:00. We were all ready for the big hike tomorrow.
